FedEx Standard shipping may or may not be complimentary with all orders.

USPS Priority shipping may or may not be complimentary with all orders.

FedEx Overnight shipping is $20.00.
FedEx Overnight orders placed by 3:00pm EST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day, then delivered the following business day.

Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

We cannot ship to international addresses.

I Am Dope products are shipped within 14-20 days and this does not include weekend or holidays.  Items may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or regular mail, depending on the options provided by the United States Postal Service. If for some reason your product needs to be returned , you should mail your product to the return address on the shipping label. The cost for return shipping will be solely up to the person who is returning the merchandise and shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable/tracking shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend all returns are tracked.

Payments are secured through Stripe, Paypay and the I Am Dope secure server on the I Am Dope website.

Returns & Refunds
  • Our refund policy is 14 Days from the day item was received . Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Refunds (if applicable). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges (if applicable)We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to:
  • We will gladly accept your order for return or exchange in its original condition within 14 days of when you received it. If you think you may need to return or exchange an item, please keep the invoice that came with your order.
  • Please contact customer service immediately upon receiving your order if you believe the product(s) to be damaged or defective. We kindly ask you to hold on to all merchandise and original packaging until you speak with a customer service associate. We will provide a replacement item or issue a refund as well as cover all shipping costs associated with any damaged product.
  • Original condition refers to any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way.
